• At least 1 year of experience in IT support position, include knowledge in networking and support tasks
• Excellent command Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command in English; writing, speaking and reading.
• Well organized.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with teams.
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
• Handling cases through a service desk system
• Any other certificates is a plus
