Décor Specialist Required
Salary: 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. should be flexible to work for long working hours

Job Description:
• Plan, organize, and lead a retail floral department, to create quality seasonal and evergreen arrangements using design and display strategies to drive sales
• Work closely with store management to communicate standards of excellence to employees
• Oversee and coordinate flower shop activities, such as the purchase, selection, preparation and retail sale of flowers for decoration
• Responsible for preparing floral containers, required props, floral foams, and floral carts for storage, refrigeration, and delivery
• Responsible for creating new floral recipes or floral designs.
• Responsible for Sorting, organizing, cleaning, and restocking all supplies.
• Stay up to date and current on design trends, floral techniques, props, and other products
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 4-5 years of experience
• Organizational Skill
• Able to independently handle wedding décor, party décor etc.
• Would have a team of 10
• Clients wants to see a portfolio of the candidates past works
• Must have knowledge in chocolate carving, fruit carving, flower designing
