Hiring Contracts Manager - Real Estate
Joining: Immediately
This role will be expected to support: -
• Contract review, drafting, formulation
• Claim management
• Project contract management
• Approve contractor payments
• Feasibility Studies
• Management of commercial functions, including management of external cost consultants
• Assist in the continuous review and improvement of process and procedures in support of the overall department function
• Graduate in Civil Engineering, 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in REAL ESTATE SECTOR is mandatory!!!
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Professional Membership such as RICS, and training in construction contract law are required.
• Proven claims background.
• Associate Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Assoc RICS)- Preferable
• MRICS and/or MCIArb professional qualifications
• Skill in drafting strong contractual correspondence and managing building construction Contracts
• Knowledge of FIDIC / other standard form Contract
• Skill Variations, Prime Cost / Provisional Sum adjustment, EOT assessments, Final Account and Project Close out
