As a team, we are a bunch of work-oriented and diverse folks. We ensure newbies get a perfect balance of work and leisure in life (like us!) while staying in the company. You, as an agent, will have job roles as mentioned below: 1. Qualify leads in a timely manner to build a pipeline. 2. Consistently close deals at an average rate of at least 8 deals/month. 3. Become an area specialist in which you become community expert. 4. Use your negotiation skills when needed to ensure closing. 5. Attend sales and marketing trainings. 6. Build a network with all prospects to ensure long-term/repetitive business. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest market, statistics of transactions, and project launches. 8. Arrange open houses for property listing within the communities to increase exposure and traffic and build database. 9. Use existing database to canvas and create prospects from already available resources. 10. Arrange viewing when required, prepare the contract, close the deal, prepare the advert for listing at Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder. المهارات 1. At least 3-5 years of experience in UAE’s real estate. 2. A valid UAE driving license. 3. Proven track record in sales. 4. Working knowledge of Broker Pad and CRM. 5. Strong negotiation skills. 6. Must be fluent in English. Arabic language will be considered as an added advantage. 7. Presentable & Trustworthy. 8. Well conversant with MS Office.
