• Ensures, in accordance with the company integrated management system guidelines, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE Systems in AVS
• Should be driving strategic planning and execution
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate HSE system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
• Educates employees in safety procedures through safety trainings and attending TBT regularly conducting by supervisors.
Administrative Support:
• Ensures compliance with all applicable HSE statutory requirements
• Provides motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.
Analysis and Reporting
• Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Records accidents/incidents and near misses at JDE.
• Maintains daily training records (getting Authorization from Dnata on conduction regulatory trainings)
Site Inspection and Audit
• Visits working areas (Cargo, Ramp, Baggage, equipment ) to identify the potential threats to our workforce deployed.
• Conducts HSE inspections and audits of Dulsco operations at airport , cargo villages and related vehicle
