· Build strong relationship with property owners, customers while understanding their requirements.

· List, maintain and update properties on leading property portals.

· Present suitable properties for customers according to their budget and criteria.

· Conduct property viewings in a professional manner.

· Conduct research and analysis of real estate market to identify areas with potential of increased demand and profitability margin.

· Prepare, arrange, and coordinate contracts property related documents.

· Stay well-informed with the emerging property market trends, new launches, newly handed over properties, prevailing price ranges for rent and sales etc. specifically in the assigned areas of specialization.
