Senior Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers MRICS
Dubai based roles.
• Consultancy roles with Leading International PQS firm.
• Consultancy roles, Not CONTRACTOR. Only those with a complete history within the PQS/ Construction Consultancy sector can be considered.
• Key project sectors across, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed use, Leisure and master planned schemes from pre contract through to post contract delivery.
Minimum requirements:
• 7-10+ years’ experience in PQS/ Construction Consultancy Sector
• 3+ years in Middle East market
• Experience in Pre contract role, reviewing and validating cost plans to support the client, then into post contract.
• Measurement software expertise and strong software measurement skills
• UK trained and qualified essential
• MRICS
• Salary to 40K+ up to around 45K for MRICS also. Including medical, flights, flexible working arrangements).
