We are looking for a Contracts Manager that will fulfill the below mentioned criteria to take up a full-time position:
Years of Experience: 15 years and above, with at least 7 years of UAE experience
Location: Dubai
With competitive remuneration package
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To lead the contracts administration team and perform the role of the Engineer as the defined by FIDIC.
• To ensure compliance with contracts documentation
• Prepare/process all contractual correspondences including but not limited to payment certificates, instructions, variation orders, claims.
