HR Manager

We are looking for HR Manager to join our team. A highly motivated & creative individual who wants to grow and make a difference

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Establish and maintain pay plan strategy and other benefit programs
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees smoothness in their job responsibilities
• Create compensation strategy for all employees
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Maintain Company Organization Charts and Employee Directory
• Maintain HR Systems, processes and controlling KPI
• Develop online HR system preferred Zoho System
Requirements and skills
• A Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company, such as Workday, Zoho People, Cloud HR, SmartRecruiters and others
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Can Able to Write and Speak Arabic is a must.
• Having Valid UAE driving license is a must
