Emiratisation and Recruitment Head - For Leading Company in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement recruitment policies for UAE Nationals in order to ensure achievement of the Emiratisation strategies and other requirements
• Recruitment in networking with National Placement Agencies, Universities, Education and Technical Boards
• Representing the organization in Career Fairs, Open Days, Placement Workshops, and Seminars held for UAE National Job seekers
• Post job adverts on Tawteen portal, career websites and social media
• Prepare new hire documents and ensuring Labor or Immigration requirements are met
• Maintain a complete record of all UAE Nationals’ interviews and CV’s for future reference
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods, Labor Laws
• Be aware of Government regulations and ensure these are reflected in the Group where relevant; e.g the Tawteen programme
• Prepare yearly plan for placing UAE Nationals on a project basis or permanent job
