We are hiring a Manager Online Sales & Product Management
Responsibilities & Skills:
• Support the Online team to achieve strong growth in all channels (direct-to-consumer and retail partners)
• Market / Demand analysis and forecasting based on market data and deep logical analysis
• Manage and track sales result by product level and channel level
• Build online 4P strategies for our online business together with the wider team, local subsidiaries and other division stakeholders
• Good understanding of online business
• Experience in sales and/or product management
• Experience in product management
• Experience in sales analysis and demand forecasting
• Uses a high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex problems within product portfolio, channels, markets and sales processes.
• Able to offer out-of-the-box solutions to problems and is able to construct and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking capability
• Fluent in English
