Hiring Cost Accountant
Experience in manufacturing unit with product costing is must.
Job profile:
• Monitoring supplier invoices booking
• Preparation of Payment to Vendor and monitoring collection of payment from Customer
• Supplier and Customer Reconciliation
• Monitoring Supplier and Customer Balances, follow-up with Purchase / Sales team to clear Supplier / Customer Account
• Verification of Product cost, ensure correct margin from sale of our product
• Monitoring of Stocks, verification of stocks on periodic basis
• Preparation of Goods and Service Tax Invoice and Tax Credit Note
• Document control relating to VAT, goods acknowledgements, purchase documents etc.
• Maintaining Fixed Assets register and physical verification on periodic basis
• Preparation of Month end MIS (Financial, Balance Sheet) and Schedules
• Prepare inter-company reconciliation and clear hanging entries
• Able to look after the Factory Operation, Accounts, Stocks Movement, Collection, Supplier payment independently
• Commerce Graduate
• Inter or completed ICWA or CA
Experience
• Year 8 to 10 years of Experience. Printing Press experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in Manufacturing Unit
• Knowledge in UAE VAT Law
• If possible, Working Experience in AX
