Requirements:
• On a sponsor visa.
• With 1 year call center experience here in UAE.
• Arabic - English speakers with excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
• Call center experience is a must.
• Can join immediately.
• Communicate with customers through calls and assist them with their inquiries.
• Register each concerns on the allocated system.
• Can handle inbound and outbound calls or back to back chats and emails.
• Maintain the high quality of the process.
• Can do multi-tasking.
