REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 Year experience in real estate is necessary (Must carry portfolio of previous deals Rent /Sale) .
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Ability to work with targets and commission basis.
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with successful closures.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.
