Hiring Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns on different advertising platforms - FB, Google, DV360
• Programmatic, Content Marketing channels etc.
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns
• Plan, execute and measure A/B Test , experiments for conversion rate optimization
• Regular Campaigns Analysis for Better ROI
• Full Funnel Analysis and optimization
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Desired Skills:
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, previous experience in startups or agencies would be preferred.
• Deep understanding & experience in all major marketing channels- Google Ads, GDN, Facebook Ads, DV360, Affiliates etc.
• Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale. Must have handled at least 1 Crore monthly budget in the past.
• Ability to understand the customer pain points and design the marketing communications accordingly
• Should have the necessary skills & comfort in writing copies / scripts for different marketing campaigns and share detailed briefs with the creative team.
• Hands-on experience in app measurement/attribution tools, like Appsflyer, Branch etc.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Good analytical and logical skills. Command on Microsoft Excel or Google sheets, Tableau etc.
• Gaming/ Entertainment / e-commerce/ Travel industry
• Good to have:- Facebook Blueprint certification, Google Ads certification
