Create and implement plan and strategy of branch development according to the company’s goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Perform market research and analyse threats and opportunities
Oversee the operations of the branch
Create strategic operational plans
Implement new customer acquisition strategies
Meet or exceed company profit goals
Track, measure and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs
Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
Understand financial metrics as a base for the decision making process
Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
Monitor performance of the department’s activities
Manage and motivate departments to reach their targets
Overseeing the lead generation process
Preparing reports for Management
Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
Source, train, coach and develop staff
المهارات
Must be located in UAE. Experience in tourism, travel and/or airlines is preferable. Must have previous managerial experience. Knowledge of local regulations. Strong financial and negotiation skills
