The role is exciting and has a variety of following core responsibilities

· To increase ready property stock in specialized locations by contacting property owners and by building strong network of useful resources within the communities.

· Build business and achieve team goals by actively interacting, bonding and cooperating with the team members.

· Possess extensive knowledge of the properties within the area of specialization.

· Achieve company sales/rental targets.

· Set examples of exceptional customer service.

· Build professional long-term relationships with prospective clients and focus on referral business model.

· Source follow up and prepare properties for advertising and following necessary company guidelines.

· Negotiate offers and contracts between property owners and buyers/tenants.

What do we expect you to have?

· Driving license from UAE or other compatible countries (required)

· Past real estate experience in sales/leasing in Dubai or international market (preferred but NOT required)

· A proven sales track record in retail, fashion, automobile or hospitality (required)

· Excellent written and spoken English (required), Arabic and Russian (preferred but NOT required)

· Excellent communication skills (required)

· Positive attitude and optimistic mindset (required)

· Able to present yourself to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and develop a
