Overview
We are a multinational FMCG Distribution and Trading company and we are expanding our operations in the Middle East.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales and marketing professional who can implement our Distribution Business in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the distribution strategy, create a business plan and organize core team to manage the FMCG distribution business
Develop partnerships with Key accounts across various distribution channels – Hypermarket/Supermarkets, B/C category supermarkets, Pharmacies, Petrol Stations etc.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Lead and manage the daily operations of the business
المهارات
Required Skills:
5-10 years of UAE based FMCG Sales and Distribution experience required
Excellent understanding of UAE FMCG Distribution Business
Strong existing relationship/network within the various distribution channels such as Hypermarkets/Supermarkets, Petrol Stations, Pharmacies etc.
Motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
Willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment; taking on multiple responsibilities as the business expands its presence
Excellent communication and team management skills.
