Brand Executive Chef
Requirements:
Manage the Kitchen Operation of a high volume Italian restaurant
• Work Closely with the Brand manager
• Menu Creation
• Manage and train kitchen brigade
• Set and ensure culinary standard and responsibility related to the department
• Exhibit culinary talent by personally
• Performing task while leading the staff and food preparation
• Work with the team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operation budget
You will be great fit if you have
• Experience as executive chef as head chef in successful Italian concept
• Creative approach to food
• Positive attitude
• Great communication skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
