Job Description:
Responsible for greeting customers, processing rental services, answering & receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer question and complain, service vehicle for customer rental and communication with driver for customer pick-up. Safely moves vehicles between airport and off airport location, transport the vehicle safely within airport and various service areas.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures & protect company assets. Provide outstanding customer service
