Customer Experience Supervisor responsibilities:
Drives and manages KPI’s through existing tools (e.g. SAP) to support achievement of business goals and objectives;
Work with change management to coordinate activities scheduled for implementation and roll-out to the business;
Communicate the impact to the business of changes in standards, processes, and data quality;
Providing metrics, findings, and improvements to make processes more efficient;
Perform special or ad-hoc projects, provide necessary support in specific projects;
Establish and maintain Regional/GBE Policy and Procedures for SAP and other ERPs Customer Master Data elements;
Prioritize and manage Customer Master Data Management initiatives to improve data quality across SPS;
Leadership and performance management of the team, developing skills and abilities within the team whilst ensuring the necessary tools and training are available to achieve the most from each team member;
Facilitate the development and training of Customer Master Data related best practices, policies & procedures for SAP and other ERPs data specialists;
Create MOS with business to ensure resolution of escalations.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree required;
5-7 years of related experience in Operations, Master Data Management, or Customer Service;
2-5 years project management experience.;
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle;
Nice to have: Colibra, Informatica, Alternate Customer Hierarchy Tools;
Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel (but also Access).
