Job Description
Action Care is seeking a bilingual assistant trainer (Arabic and English) with requisite skills and experience in facilitating training programs and educational events.
Job Description
Training: Facilitate training and educational programs in a classroom or event setting for students ages 12 - 17
Translation: Provide verbal and written translation to facilitate training, program coordination and communications, and develop bi-lingual training materials
Program coordination: Work with Action Care program manager and partnering schools to communicate, coordinate and facilitate training courses and events
Administer interviews, surveys and assessments, process data and documentation and reporting tasks

Skills
Strong teaching and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, gain and retain audience engagement and manage groups in a classroom or event setting
Fluent Arabic language skills; strong English skills. Experience with English-Arabic verbal and written translation is a plus
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, varied environments and with people of diverse backgrounds; attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and records
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Competent with word and data processing programs
Experience or aptitude for using or learning to use technology is preferred
