The market leader and one of the oldest companies in the packaged food business are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for their UAE office. (Candidate must be available in UAE)
• Lead a team of sales personnel.
• Will be responsible for Modern & Traditional Sales, Channel Sales, and Retail Sales.
• Reporting to the MD of the company.
• Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
• Identify potential markets, sales channels, and competition and propose an effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
• A native Arabic speaker with an excellent command of English,
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Master’s preferred)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in FMCG, HORECA or Retail
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Salary: AED 35K to 40K
• Expat benefits as per the UAE Law
