Site Manager Marble Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience, in interior Design company
• Take overall control of the Marble Package
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
TASK & DUTIES:
• Run Inspections and report on all findings (along with QC Inspection process)
• Liaise directly with the Marble Sub Contractors to report every week on all aspects from confirming, sourcing, shipping, cutting, dry laying, delivering and installing.
• Produce concise and accurate reports for issue to management
• Inspect and ensure quality is maintained at all points within the supply chain
• Inspect and report on Factory conditions
• Hold regular meetings (weekly) to identify progress and installation issues
• Liaise with project Manager to progress the installations. Progress as in define delivery dates and work with the project manager to ensure adequate manpower
• Liaise, control and direct the QA/QC team for this package
