SEO & Google Ads Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement SEO & Google Ads strategy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns at Advance Levels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix and results
• Ensure ads, communication and creative are impactful for results
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as SEO Specialist or similar role
• Minimum 3+ Years’ Experience in Google Ads, Analytics
• 3 years of Dental Clinic experience in UAE
• Proven 3+ years of experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
