Human Resources Management Trainer (with knowledge of Leadership and Management Skills) with expertise on the following:

• Goal setting, Team Management, Open minded, Realism, Effective Communication during the activities
• IQ, EQ
• Psychometric Tools
• Cubik 360
• Emotional Intelligence
• Competency Profiling from the Competency Library
• Positions from Trading specific disciplines
• Trading Fundamental Basic
• Trading Fundamental Advanced
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with Master Level (MSC) is a MUST in the related field or equivalent. However, PHD will be an advantage
• With an accredited certification/s for the required field from highly reputed body of knowledge
• Minimum of 20 years of solid experience in a highly reputed organization within UAE, GCC and / or internationally
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in the field of Training / Lecturing
• He/She should be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the required field
• Has strong English language
