Looking for a dynamic Group Head of HR. This role will have the strategic, tactical and operational dimensions- which need to be aligned with the overall Group and Local Business Strategy. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the people agenda, providing innovative, best in class HR solutions that drive the business to exceed on its operational and performance deliverables.
As part of the leadership team, you will be partnering with the Corporate Leadership Team and then local General Managers of the individual business hubs. You will be the conduit between HR and the business that connects the dots, understand and drives priorities and works collaboratively across all functions to deliver innovative HR strategy.
Looking for a Qualified HR professional with 15 + years of strategic and operational expertise. With a strong project management background to develop and implement innovate HR policies and initiatives. Candidates must have UAE experience and be based in the Middle East.
Salary range is 48 000aed- 58 000aed a month + package.
