Hiring General Manager (concept store)
• Hiring a General Manager/Asst.GM for a reputed retail client for their value/concept stores business.
• Should have minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the value/concept/dept stores business (Retail).
• Strong exposure to Sales & Conversion, Promotions & Performance and other revenue generating initiatives.
• Experience in Risk assessment & Forecasts.
• Able to identify and develop staff performance, KPI management & plan training.
• Experience in handling multiple stores and in multiple regions.
• Excellent motivational, leadership, financial and people skills.
• Should hold a relevant degree preferably post graduate?
• Salary: up to 25,000 AED + family status.
• Location: Dubai, UAE
