الوصف الوظيفي Duties & Responsibilities ▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing Corporate Clients with a focus on building new business ▪ Develop product knowledge of language training, assessments and professional training solutions, methodologies, and delivery formats ▪ To stay abreast of competition in the sphere of all language and professional training solutions, online and offline ▪ Keep the pipeline in the CRM up to date and provide regular reports on new vs existing business, opportunity status, timely processing of enquiries, timely collection of client receivables ▪ Be outbound in your sales reach using all tools available to ensure that potential and current clients are visited and contacted regularly in person, online (Zoom) and by other available channels and means (phone, mailers, marketing initiatives). ▪ Grow the database of clients by identifying new opportunities and identifying needs that can be translated into a proposal ▪ Identify Corporate Client’s needs and provide input into the development of new products and services ▪ Attend networking and promotional events to create new business and strengthen existing relationships with Corporate Clients ▪ Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction ▪ Use initiative, research, analytical and organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve effective outcomes ▪ Implement and maintain communication strategies to ensure external relationships are developed and sustained ▪ Keep abreast of RFQs and tender requests and cycles in key industries and sectors and ensure that Eton is registered on all required portals and participates within set timelines ▪ Oversee the organization and confirmation of trainers, venues and learning material with the assistance of Corporate Training Coordinator ▪ Prepare invoice requests ensuring correct costing and pricing is used and follow up to ensure payments are made prior to course commencement ▪ Help Corporate Training Coordinators to meet quality delivery to Eton Institute’s Corporate Clients ▪ Monitor progress regularly to ensure targets are met and take corrective action as required ▪ Provide monthly reports on performance against targets and ensure that the Corporate Sales report is updated weekly ▪ Communicate with all key stakeholders in relation to Corporate Training Courses and participant progress ▪ Conduct regular follow up on outstanding proposals ▪ Perform other associated duties where appropriate as directed by the Corporate Manager Requirements ▪ Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales/account management role ▪ Experience in corporate education and/or dealing with business to government sector would be considered a plus ▪ Must be adept in use of MS Office suite, and ideally ERP, CRM or similar database to basic level, Internet and email ▪ Able to understand and work a basic P&L;▪ Relevant degree in Business or another higher education discipline from a reputable institution ▪ Excellent level of English, Arabic is a plus منطقة الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/business-development-manager-4583971/ |
