Position Title: DCDP – Culinary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.5K depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and meal

About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai.
Job Description:
Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
Ensure the use of station recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations.
Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders especially when needed to do food tasting on new menu
Support the station Commi in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
المهارات
Qualifications:
45 years old and below
At least 2-years’ experience on same role from at least a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality
Immediately available candidate will be prioritized
