About the Client:

Job Description:
Ensure all meat preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
Take responsibility for the quality control of stock
Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen
Execute cooking to the expected high standard efficiency
Supervise cleanliness and organization of designated section
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Eastern European nationals
45 years old and below
At least 3 years of experience in the same role from a 4 star hotel or luxury hospitality
Immediately joiners will be prioritized
