Required retail sales professionals providing outstanding customer service, building strong customer relationship with proven ability to achive sales goals in a highly competitive environment who are self motivated and eager to make sales.

Job description:

• Greet, serve and offer assistance in a polite and friendly way to both purchasing and complaining customers to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality and customer service standards

• Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling and cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, follow up with customers requests through calls and whatsapp with company phones

• Fast learning skills to provide customers with high quality service on products

• Follow up on your individual target and ensure that they are always met

• Handle cash register, card machine, transactions with customers and POS system in a professional and accurate manner

• Arrange display, replenish stocks on the shop shelves and ensure the shop shelves are clean and tidy

• Being presentable at all times adhering to rules and standards of the company

المهارات

• English and (Arabic or Russian) is a must

• Self motivated and eager to achieve targets

• Minimum 1 year of experience in competitive sales environment

• Highly flexible with transfers between branches and shifts
