Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the annual sales revenue and profit target of MENA TV/AV business
• Developing regional product and sales/launching strategy (line-up, price positioning, SKU)
• Building and strengthening brand equity via premium product leadership
• Intelligence gathering on industry, product, channel, consumer, competitor trends
• Collect and assess localized differentiated product ideas/needs · Developing and supporting product training programs for entire distribution channel
• Developing sales tools; Sales talks guides, Spec comparison sheets, Localized catalogues and POS
Requirements:
• Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and develops realistic strategy and action plans to grow business consistently
• Analytical—the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information from market, competitors and channels
• Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyses information skillfully.
• Communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings as a regional product manager
