Architectural & Finishes Draftsman
REQUIREMENTS:
• Architectural & Finishes Draftsman with minimum 10 years of GCC experience with reputed Main Contractors or/and Fit out Contractors.
• Professional in of Auto CAD & PDF editor software.
• Good knowledge of Dubai local authorities requirements.
• Attention to details in architectural works and good awareness of structure drawings.
• Good communication skills verbally and writing in English.
• Good teamwork skills, time management & ability to meet
• Min 8-10 Years experience, 3 Years in UAE.
Task & Duties
• Study IFC drawings and identifying any discrepancies between Architecture, ID & Structural drawings.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD for Structural GA, - Architectural & Finishes, including but not limited to General Arrangement, Setting out, Coordinates, Blockwork, Tiling layout, Ceiling Layout, Stone layout, Typical Details & etc.
• Review and check the drawings before being sent to the Consultant, Subcontractors, Project Team & etc.
• Prepare and continually updating project drawings lists.
• Seamlessly integrating and working with Technical Manager, Design Consultants, Sub-contractors & Project Team.
• Printing various formats of drawing sets for project team.
• Systematically saving data and drawings on the server under organized folders.
