An Experienced and fast growing Fit-out company is looking for a construction Site Engineer in Dubai.
Job Description: Construction Site Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the schedule.
• Prepare and implement project plans.
• Liaise with clients and inspectors for hand over purposes.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quality assurance and Quality control (QA/QC).
Experience and Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have work experience in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in Civil Engineer role of 5 years minimum.
• Hands-on experience with construction site regulations and approvals.
• Proven work experience in construction sites.
• Valid Driving license (UAE).
• Expertise in reading plans and blueprints.
• A strong understanding of civil engineering methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding project management abilities.
• Russian language knowledge will be an advantage.
