QC Supervisor -Warehouse
Responsibility
• Read the catalogues and tech specifications of items.
• Monitor the goods to ensure that they meet production standards and technical guidelines from Technical team.
• Responsible for assuring those Items are checked and assembled correctly.
• Train the staff in operational standards (inbound, outbound, inspection), safety practices and required standards of the products.
• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped /dispatched for local and international.
• Supervise documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
• Lead QC team and ensure to do the inspections for in/out items as per the SOP and KPIs.
• Daily headcount planning and organizing of 3PL ground teams to designate tasks individually according to operational requirement(s) (Inbound, outbound and ecommerce) for both brands.
• Ensure that the standard operational procedure and safety are observed during inbound process – shipment offloading, segregation, inspection, repacking, binning and hand-over of stock for system entry.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years – relevant experience and overall minimum experience should be 4 to 5 years in Warehouse/Logistics industry.
