Senior Recruiter – Dubai, UAE
• Candidate must be in UAE for a face-to-face interview with immediate joining.
• At least 4-5 years of UAE experience
• Preferably candidates who can join immediately
• Candidates with previous good experience in headhunting over different job-hunting websites like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Monster.
• Good in cold calling, well aware of the whole Recruitment process
• Have the ability to source technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods: Headhunting, social media, referral-eccentric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection, and behavioral interviewing.
• In addition to this continuously provide new solutions and ideas for sourcing new methods to attract talent, this can be through new job boards, seeking and attending relevant conferences, and building up talent pools.
• Qualification & Selection- Can measure the caliber and competence of candidates against strict requirements and briefs provided.
• At all stages of the recruitment process ensures credibility is maintained through effective feedback.
• Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates.
• Successfully liaise with mobilization and HR teams to ensure the successful on-boarding of the candidate.
• Must have strong sourcing and networking skills with significant recruiting experience and the ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
