Hiring Lead QAQC Engineer- E&I;(HO/Site)
Job Summary: Management of Overall project QA/QC activities, Preparation of PQP, ITPs, Quality procedures & other quality documents. Raising RFIs and arranging client inspections.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation
• Certified QMS Lead auditor.
• 12+ years’ experience in a similar field/position.
• Fair knowledge in ISO standards, Gas Processing (AGP) Quality requirements.
Responsibilities (Brief):
• Development & Implementation of Project Specific Quality Plan, Procedures & ITPs.
• Review of Engineering /Vendor Quality documents as per IDC.
• Organizing/Conduct regular Internal Quality audit, Client Audit, Vendor audits & follow up for closure of audit findings.
• Coordinate with Project team, for smooth implementation of Quality requirements.
• Handling all QAQC activities including day to day planning & organizing Inspection & testing at Vendor/site.
• Experience in Inspection & Testing of various Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom, Equipment’s.
• Attend client Quality management meetings/site walkthroughs.
• Identifying NCRs/Defects/Punch Points & Follow-up with construction team for effective Corrective & Preventive action on the same.
• Review Project KPI and update.
