Job Responsibilities:
• Develops business plans and strategy to acquire new business opportunities for the company.
• Generates leads and source prospective clients through marketing, cold calling, referrals, or thru direct contact.
• Conducts market research and analysis for better execution and implementation of business strategies.
• Establish strong business relationships and connections with professionals and other organizations.
• Proven records in building construction and experience in dealing with consultants and clients.
• Developing new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and following up with key decision-makers
• Close deals with clients.
• 8+ years of work experience as a Business Development professional.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Experience in the building construction industry is preferred.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
