We have an open vacancy for the post of Architectural Draughtsman, all candidates shall have the following qualification and experiences:
• Hold BE or Diploma in a suitable filed with minimum of 7 years of experience in the same filed.
• Familiarity with various architectural codes, specifications, and designs.
• Having a keen eye for architecture & Interior detailing
• Experienced in swift Architectural Drafting for concept drawings, detailed design drawings and construction drawings.
• Experienced in Architectural Drafting for preparation of local authorities submission
• Experienced in preparation of presentation plans in Photoshop
• Experienced in Revit Modeling
• Coordination between Architectural and other disciplines such as HVAC, Water, Drainage, Firefighting, irrigation & LPG, ext…
• Coordination with Architects for modifications and revisions.
• Ensuring that the technical drawings have correct measurements, codes, and calculations.
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage strict deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
