Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Male/Female), you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and Generate leads.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
• Oversees all company social media accounts management.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Knowledge in Real Estate CRM and portals.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Proficient with photography, video editing, web designing and graphic designing.
• Creating and maintaining client relationships.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Digital Marketing experience in UAE (Real Estate would be preferred).
• Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills; well-versed in English and Hindi/Urdu, (Arabic would be a plus)
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
