We are looking for Group Sales Manager with a very good background in the testing laboratory field to join our team in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining client relations.
• Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions.
• Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales, UAE experience is Must.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience setting sales goals.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
