Assistant Restaurant Manager required
• Previous experience in a five star/luxury environment or Michelin starred restaurant in a similar role. Minimum 2 years experience (UAE experience required) .
• Able to deliver 5* customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of leading a team and people management.
• Experience in financial and budget management.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Well groomed and energetic personality.
• A flexible, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic with a team player mentality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Language: English
• Must be available locally
