Location: Dubai (Al Qusais)
Role:
• Execute Talent Management strategy which will ensure having right talent for the position.
• Ensure all Recruitment activities are followed on timely basis.
• Ensure all the joining formalities are done beforehand.
• Conduct employee onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees.
• Preparation of monthly MIS and dashboards.
• Assist the Human Resources Leader in the preparation of periodic reports as required.
• Ensure timely Payroll processing.
• Managing employee’s attendance, overtime & Leaves.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Track progress of potential employees.
• Support HR Manager in creating a culture of employee engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
You should have:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in HR
• Result orientated
• Be able to work well with teams
• People skills
• Analytical and Numerical skills
