Hiring Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for immediate joining.
Ideal Job description includes He/she should: Receives inquiries; review tender drawings, BOQ and specifications; prepare and submit tender queries to main contractor/client. Take off quantities of materials from AutoCAD drawings, if available. Request and follow-up quotations from suppliers/Subcontractor for the scope of works. Inspect site condition, attend clarification and negotiation meetings with owners/ clients.
Keeping track of the procurement of the project, check and follow up delivery of materials, coordinate with sub-contractors and Project Engineers for resource utilization.
Budget VS actual monitoring.
Certification of work with client and subcontractors, timely submission of Invoices.
Preparation and submission of variations / change orders
Min 4-5 years UAE experience in a Contracting or Fit out organization with excellent knowledge of finishing Subcontractors.
