Senior Operations Associate

We are hiring Senior Operations Associate -UAE national for our IT client in Dubai.
JD:
To execute operations procedures and support a B2C project.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for smooth running of Business Operation of specific or multiple product line
• Communicate with relevant parties to resolve customer queries
• Investigate system errors and identify root cause
• Accomplish administrative tasks effectively and in a timely manner
• Document process & procedures, periodic recommendation for required addition & up dation and maintain documentation status
• Monitor system health and report any outages
• Support Operations Supervisor with any requested task.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills and Leadership ability
• MS Office Proficiency
• Degree in an Industrial, Operations, or related field
• Preferably with surface-level background in IT
Required work experience/Qualifications/Certification:
• Preferably 1-2 year working in Insurance Industry
• Basic IT knowledge/Understanding on different integration
