Recruitment Lead
Job location: Dubai
• Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for IT and NON-IT
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, feedback solicitation, candidate communication, offers, negotiation and on-boarding.
• Recruiting permanent and contract talents across the region.
• Managing end to end recruitment as per client requirement.
• Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
• Implementing new sourcing methods.
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Preferably someone who can join immediately and at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
