Hiring: Real Estate Agents (Experienced)
Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms.
Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis and offer the right property to Clients.
Develop business networks and collaborate.
Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices, market standards, mortgage financing, neighbourhoods, schools, and all buying and selling considerations.
Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

Ability to operate independently and self-motivated
Highly numeric with strong research and analysis skills
Good understanding of valuation techniques
Track record in real estate deals
Long-term, goal-oriented commitment to a specific domain.
Sold commitment to professional ethics.
Knowledge of local area and properties
Strong interpersonal skills.
A 1-year track record as a real estate agent or a 2-year track record in sales of any kind (Preferred).
Possess a valid driver’s license (Preferred).
