Record attendance, availability, location and delivery capacity of each rider
Track riders’ performance on an hourly basis to ensure smooth operation and compliance of rider SOPs
Ensure any kind of special request orders (Priority, VIP user, fragile items) are delivered with care
Facilitate site visits to continuously monitor rider performance
Analyze and allocate riders based on the need of fulfillment
Manage all riders’ queries, issues and re-solve immediately
Generate riders’ progress report on a daily basis
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in handling on-demand fleet riders
Excellent supervision and training skills
Superb clarity in communication
Excellent organizational skills
Problem solving, and plan execution skills
Commercial & Technology awareness
Must have a driving license and car
