• 10 years of Minimum Experience in Construction (MEP & Civil) field.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Hand on of sourcing candidates through various platforms.
• Hands-on generalist of diverse Human Resources approach, Implementing and managing a broad range of HR programs including Workforce Planning, Performance Management, HR Policies and Procedures, and Employee Engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and proficient in developing various HR strategies to meet Business objectives.
